| You know, I'm actually not too sure what this was supposed to be. I caught it on Friday night (Sept 12th) just under the Dufferin Street bridge at Queen. I'm guessing it's an art installation of some sort. There are phosphorescent light tubes along the stairs, and there was someone inside painting something or other. Queen and Dufferin. Downtown Toronto. |
